Ripples In Red
Ripples in Red
Bold and expressive, Ripples in Red explores the relationship between color, repetition, and movement. Hand-thrown ceramic discs are arranged along a copper framework, creating a rhythmic composition inspired by the spreading motion of ripples.
A vibrant range of red tones gives the sculpture a striking, confident presence, with rich, saturated hues that draw the eye across the repeating circular forms. The interplay of reds creates depth and intensity, while the contrast between the ceramic discs and the copper framework adds structure and visual interest, allowing the bold color and shape to take center stage.
With its powerful palette and flowing arrangement, Ripples in Red is a dynamic wall sculpture that brings warmth, energy, and a dramatic splash of color to its surroundings.
