Return & Shipping Policies
In stock pieces will ship within 3-4 days of order confirmation. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. When your order ships, you will receive another confirmation e-mail with your delivery confirmation number.
Because of the lengthy ceramic process, custom orders can take 2-4 weeks to complete and prepare for shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your delivery confirmation number.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us to see possibility.
Once an order is marked as delivered, I am not responsible for replacing any stolen or missing packages. If you are concerned about porch piracy, I highly recommend that you contact me to require a signature upon delivery.
For international orders, please understand I cannot be responsible for lost or missing orders. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility. I do not refund shipping for orders returned as rejected because of custom fees.
Unfortunately due to the fragility of ceramics, and me being a one woman show, all sales are final. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me to arrange an exchange or store credit. All requests must be placed within 5 days of arrival.
